Center of Attention Office Condominium Brochure Concept
The
Objective:
Noble Communications came to Scott Design to design a sales brochure
for the office condominium floor at 55 West.
Marketing Strategy:
Use the sales brochure to create sales of the office condominiums.
Creative Execution:
The graphic standards that I created with other print
collateral I designed for 55 West depicted the look and feel of this
concept. My first step was to find a stock photograph of a modern
office over looking a courtyard. Once I found it, I superimposed
one of the 3D graphics of the 55 West's Esplanade courtyard into
the window of the stock image. For the inside spread I used a 3D
illustration of the building as if you are looking up from the courtyard.
This dramatic angle allowed me to place the image in the corner and
wrap the body copy around it.
Result:
Client decided not to sell office condominiums, the project was canceled.
