Fifty Five West on the Esplanade Sales Collateral
The Objective:
To create sales aids for the 55 West sales team. Update marketing campaign
and supporting collateral.
Creative Execution:
Previous marketing
collateral was cold using black and white colors in the collateral,
which created very little sales. By changing this existing look to
warm, welcoming colors and applying them to new collateral which supported
the new marketing campaign (selling the entire real estate package;
the tower and the esplanade). The unique elements for this condo development
was not only the luxury suites, but the true city lifestyle the esplanade
brought to the tenants.The first two floors of the Esplanade have
restaurants, shops, art galleries and outdoor live entertainment. This
new approach helped create an emotion in the potential buyer that gave
them the feeling of being part of the "Center
of Attention".
Result:
Took sales from 10% to 90% sold in 9 months.
